Accommodation and cancellation conditions
Accomodation reservation
Accommodation can be made by phone or e-mail at info@ubytovani-uvaclava.cz. We will confirm the booking within 24 hours, either by e-mail or telephone. At the same time we will inform you about the price of the accommodation. Payment is due within 2 days of confirming the reservation. The reservation becomes binding the moment payment is accepted for the ordered services. By paying or providing payment information, you also confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
Price of accommodation and the amount of the deposit
- The price includes water and energy consumption.
- The cost for accommodation must to be paid no later than the day of arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash or credit card.
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel your binding reservation more than 14 days before the planned start of your stay, the deposit will be fully refunded.
- If you cancel the binding reservation less than 14 days before the scheduled start of your stay, no deposit will be refunded.
- For groups that are booking 10 beds, 30% of the reservation deposit is refundable only if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Cancellations must be made in writing. We will send you a cancellation confirmation within 24 hours. The deposit or part of it will be refunded to you, if a refund arises, within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
Arrival and departure
- After arrival, guests are required to present a valid ID (e.g. ID card or passport) upon request. The identification data required by law is recorded in the guest book.
- Guests who are not registered in advance (including children) will be accommodated only if there is free bed capacity for their accommodation.
- Accommodation of pets is NOT possible.
- If the stay does not start on the agreed date, the right to the agreed accommodation expires without compensation.
- On the agreed date of arrival can guests arrive between 14:00 and 22:00. On the last day of the stay, guests are requested to leave the room no later than at 10:00.
- Arrival and departure times can be changed after mutual agreement.
Group booking
For bookings of all beds, the price and accommodation conditions are set individually, from of the standard price list.
Accommodation regulations
- Guests can use the apartment with kitchenette, bathroom and parking space in front of the house.
- Smoking is not allowed in rooms, apartments or any indoor areas.
- Visits by non-registered guests must be arranged in advance.
- The accommodation provider is not responsible for your children.
- If you or persons accommodated with you or persons who are visiting you in agreement with the provider cause damage, you must immediately report it to the provider. You are responsible for the damage caused and you are obliged to pay the provider for the damage caused.
- In case you lose the keys, you are obliged to pay full costs associated with both the opening of the door and the replacement of locks.
- Guests are required to comply with the accommodation rules. If a guest grossly violates the rules according to the accommodation regulations, the provider is entitled to terminate their stay prematurely, without the right to a refund of the fee for the stay and the guest is obliged to vacate the apartment immediately.
- Guests are required to observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am.
